Pflichten des Kunden / Eigentümers Der Kunde verpflichtet sich: • korrekte und vollständige Angaben zum Objekt zu machen, • Zugang zum Objekt sicherzustellen, • notwendige Schlüssel, Codes und Informationen bereitzustellen, • sicherzustellen, dass die Ferienvermietung legal erfolgt (Lizenz, Registrierung, steuerliche Vorgaben). Sweet Home Multiservices arbeitet ausschließlich mit legalen Ferienvermietungen. ⸻ 6. Zahlungsbedingungen • Monatliche Keyholding-Gebühren sind im Voraus zu zahlen. • Reinigungen, Sonderleistungen und Notfalleinsätze werden separat berechnet. • Rechnungen sind innerhalb von 7 Tagen ab Rechnungsdatum zu begleichen. • Bei Zahlungsverzug können Leistungen bis zum Zahlungseingang ausgesetzt werden. ⸻ 7. Haftung Eine Haftung besteht ausschließlich bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit. Keine Haftung wird übernommen für: • Schäden durch Gäste oder Dritte, • Einbruch, Vandalismus oder höhere Gewalt, • bereits bestehende Mängel am Objekt, • technische Defekte an Geräten oder Installationen, • bauliche Mängel oder altersbedingten Verschleiß. Bei Schlüsselverlust wird der Austausch von Schlössern organisiert. Die entstehenden Kosten trägt der Eigentümer, sofern kein grobes Verschulden vorliegt. ⸻ 9. Datenschutz Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich zur Kundenbetreuung, Objektverwaltung und im Rahmen der legalen Ferienvermietung verarbeitet. Die Daten werden verschlüsselt gespeichert und nicht an unbefugte Dritte weitergegeben. Es gilt die separate Datenschutzerklärung auf der Website. ⸻ 10. Kündigung • Laufende Verträge können mit 4 Wochen Frist zum Monatsende gekündigt werden. • Eine fristlose Kündigung ist bei schwerwiegenden Vertragsverletzungen möglich. ⸻ 11.
